With the exception of some (which I have emailed the invidiual users about), THE BACKLOG IS COMPLETE!

Note to the other wranglers: I've cleaned out the gmail account of old emails and stuff that's now done, so it's a fresh start.

A couple of things:

1) New avs are in Reserved 15.
2) The avatar submission moritorium is now lifted. <b>YOU MAY NOW SUBMIT AVS TO bus.avatars@gmail.com</b>.

Please remember the following things when you submit:

1) Please, please try to pick an image that we can resize to 8kb or under, as the size limits are. PNG files aren't really good for this kind of endeavour.
2) When emailing us, please include the following information:
<b>Your name on BUS
An attached picture or link to picture</b>

But yes, submissions are now open and the backlog is clear.

I tried to use that email and it wouldnt work. I have a whole bunch of free avatars but I cant send the email.

They are all in the avatar thread i made in RW though.
