Well lately I've been having quite a few lessons where we have had no teacher, which I guess I should be happy about, but for some reason because there is no teacher there is nothing to do, I barely talk to anybody and the urges start to come, I have just got through the French lesson by not being there walking around the school but if I can't get out of lesson then how can I cope in the classroom?
I have no tool with me but I'm finding it hard to cope, what can I do to keep myself distracted from the urges? Thanks
Jason

maybe drawing or writing might help. or think of a funny moment and keep replaying it in your head. alot of times, i find myself looking at the things on the walls and rereading everything to distract myself. or jsut studying really close and following the patterns.
Live long. And live happy.
Grieve not forever, but a little.
Smile forever, not a little.
Give love and hugs.
It will save someone.
Have hope for you will give hope.
Live to the fullest, you never know...

Thanks for that

I might give it a try during tomorrow's French lesson where we only have a silly French assistant who doesn't understand English
Well I noticed writing out one thing over and over again helped...and that thing was "They are only urges...I can get through this" and it got me through the day, dam it was exhausting!!
Just an idea if anybody wants it, if you don't like writing a lot then it isn't recommended

I can't really offer too good suggestion's, because in a lesson I usualy give in to an urge..
Ugh.
But hey, the time's I have got through an urge is when I've been chucking note's to my friend's & accidentaly hitting them on the head and getting a detention for chucking note's.
I don't recomend it, but it's fun.

Chucking notes eh? haha!! Sometimes I'd rather have a detention than give in to an urge, but at 6th Form we just get booted off the course, so I don't think that's an idea...
Yeh it was hard again because I didn't take my tool, on purpose. I knew eventually an urge would come and this time I'd have to do something about it, DAM it's hard...
