I can identify with that. Most of the things i say to people about whats wrong and hurting me happens when im in tears.

That's great you could do that. I seem to cry a lot less lately - I'm much happier, but there was a time when I needed someone to talk to and cry to and it really helped.

I think it's good that you can cry i can't myself i get to the point of cying but then it all goes back in and gets bottled up. I have no way of letting it out which is annoying. Its great though that you can cry and its good you feel comfortable enough to do it with your tutor.
