That sounds like a good idea to me. Maybe we ought to tell them who we are so they know who they can ask if they have any problems?

I'm on the welcome wagon and I don't think we need a
standard sorta 'welcome pack' for newbies
I think we should all just welcome people when we see them, individually. but that's just what I'm doing atm.

i say the welcome wagoners should feel free to wear underwear wherever as part of our costume of honor...optionally. haha
*yay for welcoming!..goes and welcomes newbies*
somewhere, over the rainbow way up high
there's a land that i heard of once in a lullaby
somewhere, over the rainbow, skies are blue
and the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true
someday i'll wish upon a star
and wake up where the clouds are far behind me
where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops that's where you'll find me...
somewhere over the rainbow, bluebirds fly
birds fly over the rainbow-
why, then oh why can't i?

I agree... underwear wear ever

Where is the underwear that we should wear when we are welcoming... and what underwear should we wear... is this becoming wearisome?

I wish I had underwear like that...do you??!!?? If you do, you have to tell me where to get a pair...

They leave me cold. I can't help but wonder why I even bother at all, Jack sighed heavily. I'm sick of scaring everyone. I want to do something different. But I just don't know what, he told his little dog. Why don't I know Zero, why? Sally's ragdoll heart melted. Jack was suffering just as she was. She stood up, wanting to reach out to him. I know how you feel, she whispered under her breath, almost hoping he'd hear. But it was too late.
Lost in sorrow, Jack was gone. A tear rolled down Sally's face.

When you join there is an automatically generated generic email that is sent to everyone.
The point of the welcome wagon is to make it a bit more persoanlized for each newbie.
This way they feel noticed and have a contact if they have any questions.
Nothing worse than being new and not knowing what's going on and not having a clue who to ask

What if there was a generalized thing in peoples Sigs to identify them as someone to ask? Like a gigantic "WW" or something. That way people could see it in their sig and ask any questions they have.
I'm not sure about that idea. Just throwing it out there.
