tried doing a search but found nothing, please link me if there is such a thread
all i have so far is nail varnish to paint my nails. i was going to put in a small bar of chocolate but dont want to trigger a binge
what do you guys have in yours?

how about some coloring books, and crayons?
your favorite book to read?
play doh
a folder with safe pictures to look at when you are feeling triggered or when you are feeling down example: teddy bears or what ever makes you feel safe
a deck of playing cards
markers
art kits
pms from bussers that have helped you or posts that have helped you.
a favorite cd
a mixed tape of songs
affirmations
basically anything that can distract you and that will make you feel safe. if you go to the source board you will find a link about emergency boxes i will tryt o find it for you i dont come here often as i used to but you can pm me if you want more ideas i hope that these ideas helped!
